The Forestry Commission are a London based alternative/indie rock 4-piece featuring Michael Davis (vocals & guitar), Jonny Lees (guitar), Philippe Dodane (bass) and Chris Gilmer (drums).
Formed in 2012 largely through a frustration at the lack of UK guitar music being released, their songs are characterised by a distinctive, up-tempo rhythm section supporting strong guitar and vocal melodies.
